Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns of Health & Beauty items unless there was something wrong with the product that I was not aware of as many of the items are in sealed boxes. If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it you must send it back in the condition it was received in, i.e. if sealed all seals intact and product has not been used. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. If the product was defective or seller sent wrong item shipping will be paid for by the seller for the exchange. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt with any problems.
Do you combine on shipping?
Always. The shipping calculator is usually over on multiple purchases and we will adjust the rate for the cheapest, fastest method. Most purchases are shipped by USPS but in the case of large orders that will not fit in a Flat Rate box we would use Fedex.
